AN ACT concerning minors; relating to the revised Kansas code for care of children; requiring that a permanency hearing for a child in custody of the secretary be held within nine months of such child's removal from such child's home and subsequent hearings be held every six months thereafter; amending K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 38-2264 and repealing the existing section.
