Matthew Lindsey, Kansas Independent College Association, testified in support of HB2464. Mr. Lindsey requested improvements to the language in HB2464 in section 1(e) on page 2, lines 5 through 7. He stood for questions.(Attachment3)

Ranking Minority Member Brandon Woodard motioned to suspend the rules in order to work HB2464. Representative Wasinger seconded. Motion carried.
Representative Howe asked what the will of the committee was in regard to HB2464.
Representative Woodard moved, Representative Wasinger seconded to pass out HB2464 favorably.
Representative Woodard offered an amendment to request a technical cleanup as noted by revisor. Representative Wasinger seconded to approve the amendment. Motion carried.
