Representative Fred Gardner provided testimony in support of the bill. This bill changes the maximum amount allowed to be claimed in Small Claims Court to $10,000. This is a good logical update to the statute, and encourages your support. (Attachment 2)
Dan Murray, behalf of Kansas State Federation of Independent Businesses. They support the bill as it reasonably addresses 20 years of inflation and makes sound policy sense for the backbone of our economy. (Attachment 3)
