Chairperson Carpenter opened discussion on HB2807. An overview was given by the revisor (Attachment 1).
Representative Blake Carpenter moved that HB2807 be passed out favorably, seconded by Representative Eplee. An oral vote was taken, and the Chair stated that the motion carried. HB2807 was favorably passed out of committee.
