The Chair opened the hearing on SB340.. Assistant Revisor Ma gave an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 5).
Proponent testimony was given by Eric Turek, Director, Kansas Insurance Department. (Attachment 6). Automobile clubs are no longer under the jurisdiction of the Kansas Insurance Department. The conferee stood for questions.
