Linda Highland testified as a proponent of the bill. She explained the data that was included in her written testimony.However in the middle of her testimony, she changed to opponent due to wording in the amendment in the bill. She had many samples of surveys and data reports for the committee to review. (Attachment2)
Leah Fliter gave neutral testimony. She stated that there might be copyright issues and that time is of the essence when a child is in crisis. If a survey has no name on it, how can a report be given to the parents? (Attachment3)
