Jason Long previewed the bill. (Attachment7)
Dave Trabert provided proponent testimony He offered some enhancement to the wording of the bill such as: Level 1: Limited, Level 2 Basic and Level 3 and 4: Proficient. He also suggested that the report show results for low income students. He stood for questions. (Attachment8)
Representative Estes testified that it is important that the numbers be given and not just the percentage data.(Attachment9)
Ann Mah testifies as an opponent. She stated that the Board is happy to answer any requests for reports and they don't need a statute for that. They already do over 40 reports a year. (Attachment10)

Representative Estes made a motion to have an Emergency Final Action on the bill. Second by Representative Parshall.
