Leah Fliter testified in support of the bill. She stated that her organization supported educational outcomes regardless of why a child is at risk. The funding is at risk for the programs.(Attachment6)
The hearing on HB2703 was closed.
Representative Estes moved that Emergency Final Action be taken and that the bill be passed out of the committee favorably. Representative Stogsdill seconded the motion. Motion carried.
