Chair Concannon had an amendment to add language requested during testimony to a section that had been omitted on page 5, line 27. (Attachment 1)
Representative Johnson moved to pass the amendment as presented. Representative Ousley seconded. Motion carried.
Discussion ensued about the importance of the bill.
Representative Johnson moved, seconded by Representative Ousley, that HB2629 as amended favorable for passage. Motion carried.
