Richard A. Samaiego, Kansas Crime Victims Compensation Board, testified in support of HB2781. He noted HB2781 would greatly benefit the families of victims.(Attachment 3)

Michelle McCormick, Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence, testified in support of HB2781. She stated HB2781 would help meet the needs of survivors of violence. (Attachment 4)
