Chairperson Rahjes opened the hearing on HB 2542 and asked Revisor Hamilton to give an overview. (Attachment 3) Revisor Hamilton stood for questions.
Chairperson Rahjes introduced Mike Beam, Secretary of Agriculture, Kansas Department of Agriculture, to give proponent testimony. (Attachment 4) (Attachment 5) Secretary Beam stood for questions from the Committee.
