Chris Waggoner, Assistant Revisor, provided the committee with a briefing of the bill.
Chris Waggoner presented an amendment that a farm permit shall entitle the licensee, who is at least 15 years of age, but less than 16 years of age, to operate the appropriate motor vehicles at any time.
Representative Francis moved to approve the amendment as presented. Representative Hoheisel seconded. Motion carried.
Representative Francis moved, Representative Hoheisel seconded to recommend HB2523 as amended favorably for passage.The motion carried.
