Chair Wasinger opened a hearing on HB2615.
Self briefed the Committee on HB2615. (Attachment 3) He stood for questions.
Barker presented testimony to the Committee in support of HB2615 to "modernize the publishing of Kansas Administrative Regulations (KARs) . . . in an online only format . . . now the official version of the regulations". (Attachment 4) He stood for questions.
No testimony, neutral or in opposition to HB2615 was presented to the Committee.
After all questions from the Committee were answered, Chair Wasinger closed the hearing on HB2615.
Vice Chair Carpenter motioned to suspend 24-hour House Rule 2311 in order to have final action on HB2614 and HB2615. Representative Penn seconded the motion. Motion passed.
