Chairwoman Warren opened the hearing on SB414.

Jason Thompson, Revisor's Office provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 14)

Ed Klumpp, Kansas Association of Chiefs of Police; Kansas Sheriffs Association; Kansas Peace Officers Association, provided testimony that supports the bill  This bill targets the distributors who are the supply chain providing access to these deadly drugs in Kansans.  We encourage you to move the bill forward favorably. (Attachment 15)

Bob Stuart, Executive Office, Kansas Bureau of Investigation provided written-only testimony in support of SB414.  (Attachment16)
