Chairwoman Warren opened hearing on SB413

Jason Thompson provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 9)

Steve Howe, Kansas County and District Attorneys Association testified in support of SB413.  He stated this bill would modify our criminal penalties for dealers of this drug and put it on par with other deadly drugs such as heroin and methamphetamine. (Attachment 10)
