Chairwoman Warren opened the hearing on SB379.

Jenna Moyer, Revisor's office, provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions.(Attachment 1)

Kent Meyerhoff, Probate Law Advisory Committee, Kansas Judicial Council  provided testimony in support of SB379.  (Attachment 2) This bill makes amendments to two different areas of probate law:  the small estates affidavit process and publication notice deadlines for sales of real and personal property at auction.

Mr. Meyerhoff stood for questions.
