Representative Joe Seiwert presented testimony of the bill supporting designation of a portion of Highway 96 in Haven as the PRC Henry Lee Fisher Memorial Highway because it would commemorate those who served with the United States Army on the front line in Vietnam.(Attachment2)
Jake Fiel, a private citizen, also provided testimony in support of HB 2481 designated to name Highway 96 from the eastern limits of the city of Haven to the western limits of the city as the PFC Henry Lee Fisher Memorial Highway as a tribute to his uncle, PFC Henry Lee Fisher, who served in Vietnam. (Attachment 3)
