Chair McGinn opened the hearing on the SB362.
Christopher Labrum (Attachment 1), Director of the Wichita-Sedgwick County Metropolitan Area Building and Construction Department, spoke in favor of the bill. He provided examples of how it was successfully used with the legal authority to take action. It is intended to be used as a tool of last resort in working with property owners.
