The Chair opened discussion on HB2530 Assistant Revisor, Ma, provided a brief overview of the bill and stood for questions. Representative Neighbor requested an amendment to HB2530 to eliminate on page 2, from line 17 (1) starting after "Person means any individual" through line 26 ending with, "reinsurance intermediary". (Attachment 4) Representative Neighbor stood for questions, with no questions forthcoming, Representative Neighbor then motioned to amend HB2530 as presented, seconded by Representative Haskins. Motion carried. Representative Neighbor motioned to pass HB2530, as amended, favorably out of committee, seconded by Representative Miller. Motion carried.
