Chairman Peck opened the hearing on SB336 at 9:11 am.
Tamera Lawrence with the Revisor of Statutes Office explained and gave an overview.
Brian Polser representing Fuel True Independent Energy and Convenience spoke to the bill favorably on a small statutory change, to remove the word annual from the statute (Attachment 2)
Kate Gleeson, Deputy Director at KDHE, spoke on the bill that it would give them more flexibility and agrees with change to the bill (Attachment 3)
There were no neutrals or opponents to the bill.
Chairman Peck closed the hearing on SB336 and adjourned the meeting at 9:25 am.
