Chairperson Patton called for final action on SB75.
Chairperson Patton moved to amend SB75 with the prospective amendment (Attachment 1), seconded by Representative Smith. Motion carried.
Representative Schrieber moved to pass as amended SB75, seconded by Representative Neely. Motion carried. Members wanting their votes recorded, Yes: Carmichael, Highberger.
Chairperson Patton thanked everyone for the participation and work on the committee and he adjourned the meeting at 3:41 pm.
