Chairperson Billinger opened the hearing on SB 275. David Wiese, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, provided an overview of the bill. (Attachment 7)
Staff distributed a document concerning Traditional Lottery Revenue Distribution. (Attachment 8)
Staff distributed a document concerning the Economic Development Initiatives Fund (EDIF). (Attachment 9)
Shirley Morrow, Legislative Research Department, indicated that Attachment 8 shows what the bill would do if passed and the impact on EDIF.
Senator Fagg provided oral remarks in support of the bill and responded to questions from Committee members.
Written only testimony neutral to the bill was submitted by Secretary Jeff Zmuda, Department of Corrections. (Attachment 10)
There being no further conferees, Chairperson Billinger closed the hearing on SB 275.
