Vice Chair Johnson opened the meeting and asked for amendments and discussion on SB115. Assistant Revisor, Jessie Pringle (Revisor) gave an overview of the bill. (Attachment 1) The Revisor stood for questions. Representative Johnson presented an amendment on behalf of Representative Concannon. (Attachment 2) Representative Humphries motioned to amend and Representative Ousley seconded. Motion passed. There were no other amendments presented. Representative Humphries motioned to pass SB115, as amended, favorable out of committee,seconded by Representative Underhill. A brief discussion followed. Representative Humphries closed on the bill. Motion passed.
