Representative Landwehr motioned and Representative Eplee seconded to amend as presented. Motion carried. (Attachment 1)
Representative Eplee motioned and Representative Bryce seconded to pass out SB180 favorably as amended. Motion carried.
Representatives Vaughn, Haswood, S. Ruiz, Poskin and Oropeza requested that their 'no' votes be recorded.
