Chairman Tarwater called on the Committee for discussion and possible amendments.
Representative Patton requested an amendment (Attachment 4) , which limits the prohibition of regulation to sales of products only, not services, and adding certain exceptions from the prohibition. Discussion ensued.
Representative Patton moved, seconded by Representative Borjon to amend HB2447 . Motion carried.
Discussion ensued.
Representative Borjon moved, seconded by Representative Penn to pass, HB2447 favorably as amended. Motion carried. The vote was 10 to 6.
The meeting was adjourned.
