The Chair opened discussion on HB2443 by asking if there were amendments. Representative Howerton motioned to amend,to address the composition of the child advocacy board, seconded by Representative Humphries. (Attachment 9), Motion passed.
Representative Neighbor motioned to pass favorable HB2443, as amended, out of committee. Representative Howerton seconded. Motion passed.
Motion to approve the minutes of the committee meetings held March 6 and March 8, 2023 was made by Representative Neighbor, seconded by Representative Howerton. Motion passed.
The Chair announced meetings would be held Monday, March 20, Tuesday, March 21, and Wednesday, March 22, in room 159 S at 1:30PM. The meeting was adjourned by the Chair.
