Chair Clifford opened the hearing on SB 34 and SB 37, recognized David Wiese, Senior Assistant Revisior, Office of Revisor of Statutes, who provided an overview on SB 34 and SB 37(Attachment4) A brief question and answer period followed. 

Proponent - Chair Clifford recognized Senator Rob Olson, Kansas Senate, District #23, Olathe, who provided testimony in support of SB 34 and SB 37(Attachment5); as did Ross Vogel, Heartland Housing Partners, Overland Park, (Attachment6); and Alex Orel, Senior Vice President Government Affairs, Kansas Bankers Association, (Attachment7).  Some questions presented to several of the conferees.
