Chairperson Longbine turned the Committee's attention to action on HB2100. He announced there was an amendment to change the effective date to its publication in the Kansas Register. (Attachment 10)
Chairperson Longbine moved the amendment, seconded by Senator Warren. The amendment was adopted .
Senator Dietrich moved, seconded by Senator Warren, to pass HB2100, as amended, with favorable recommendation. The motion carried.
