Chairwoman Warren opened the hearing on HB2130. Jason Thompson provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 3)
Mark Knackendoffel, provided testimony in support of HB2130. He stated most of the increases in the bill are necessary simply to keep up with inflation. The Council recommends increases to multiple statutes in a chart provided. (Attachment 4)
There being no further conferees, the hearing on HB2130 was closed.
