Jenna Moyer, Staff Revisor gave an overview of HB2033. (Attachment 1) She took questions from committee members.

Nick Reinecker testified as an opponent to HB2033. (Attachment 2) He stated that the term "behavioral health crisis" is too broadly defined and could result in violations of both natural and constitutional rights, as it pertains to the seizure of an individual, their detainment, assessment and billable treatment. He also stated that Section 6 is also concerning with the addition of "substance abuse related services".

There were no questions.
