Senator O'Shea offered an amendment to SB112, (Attachment 3) Jenna Moyer, Staff Revisor explained the amendment. Senator O'Shea moved her amendment, with a second from Senator Pettey. Discussion followed. On a voice vote of aye, the amendment was adopted.
Senator Erickson moved to pass SB112 favorably for passage, as amended, with a second by Senator O'Shea. On a voice vote of aye, SB112 passed favorably as amended.
Chairperson Gossage adjourned the meeting at 9:15 a.m. The next scheduled meeting is March 2, 2023.
