Jenna Moyer, Staff Revisor gave a brief overview of SB131.
Chairperson Gossage asked that Senator Pittman, who was in the audience give an update on discussions on SB131 followed with further explanation from Jenna Moyer, Staff Revisor.
An amendment was offered to SB131, which Jenna Moyer explained. (Attachment 1) Discussion followed. Senator Baumgardner moved the amendment with a second from Senator Pettey. On a voice vote of aye the amendment passed favorably. Senator Baumgardner moved to pass out favorably, Senate Sub for SB131, with a second from Senator Pettey. On a voice vote of aye, Senate Sub for SB131 was passed favorably.
