Representative Eric Smith moved, Representative Titus seconded, to adopt the amendment. The motion carried. Representatives Highberger, Carmichael, and Schlingensiepen requested their "Aye" votes be recorded.
Representative Resman moved, Representative Thompson seconded, to recommend HB2350 as amended, favorably for passage. The motion carried. Representative Higherberger requested his "Nay" vote be recorded. Representatives Carmichael and Schlingensiepen requested their "Aye" votes be recorded.
