Jason Long briefed the committee on the amendment. He explained that section 2 would be removed and a "WHEREAS" statement would be added.
Representative Blex moved, seconded by Representative Featherston to amend HB2376 to strike section 2 and add the "WHEREAS" statement (Attachment 1). Motion carried.
Representative Blex moved, seconded by Representative Amyx to pass favorably HB2376 as amended. Motion carried.
