Chair Hoheisel called for discussion and final action on HB 2102, recognized David Wiese, Senior Assistant Revisor, who provided a review of HB 2102.
Chair Hoheisel announced a balloon amendment on HB 2102 and requested David Wiese, Senior Assistant Revisor to explain the Hoheisel amendment. (Attachment1) Further explanation on the amendment was provided by Jim MacMurray, Senior Vice President-Finance, Kansas Development Finance Authority.
Chair Representative Nick Hoheisel moved to adopt the amendment, seconded by Representative Laura Williams. The motion passed on a voice vote.
Representative Laura Williams made a motion to favorably pass HB 2102 as amended. The motion was seconded by Representative Michael Dodson and passed on a voice vote.
