Staff provided Senator Peck's amendment, that was brought by the Wine Institute. (Attachment 1)
Senator Peck moved the amendment. Senator Tyson seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Staff provided Senator O'Shea's amendment that removes consumer merchandise. (Attachment 2)
Senator O'Shea moved the amendment. Senator Dietrich seconded the motion. The motion failed.
Staff provided Senator Ware's amendment. (Attachment 3)
Chairperson Erickson stated the amendment is substantial change to the bill, and would like the Committee to review the amendment and will take up the amendment at the next Committee meeting.
The next meeting is February 15, 2023. The meeting was adjourned at 11:38 am.
