Chair Hoheisel called for discussion and final action on HB 2197, recognized David Wiese, Senior Assistant Revisor, Office of Revisor of Statutes, who provided a review of HB 2197.
Chair Hoheisel announced a balloon amendment on HB 2197 and requested David Wiese, Senior Assistant Revisor to explain the Blew amendment. (Attachment2)
Representative Tory Blew moved to adopt the amendment, seconded by Representative Laura Williams. The motion passed on a voice vote.
Representative Tory Blew made a motion to favorably pass HB 2197 as amended. The motion was seconded by Representative Bill Clifford and passed on a voice vote.
