The Chair opened the hearing on HCR 5004.
Leah Fliter, Kansas Association of School Boards, provided testimony in support of the resolution to urge the federal government to fully fund IDEA. She suggested an amendment to add that both the congress and the state fully fund at 92%. (Attachment 1)
The Chair made note of written testimony submitted by Congressman Ron Estes. (Attachment 2)
