Eileen Ma, (ROS), presented a bill brief on SB19. (Attachment 4) She deferred to the oral proponent, Eric Turek (KID) to answer a question from Senator Gossage regarding why the change from fiscal year to calendar year. Mr Turek related that the change eliminated the ambiguity around start dates and end dates used for filing deadlines and to better align with KID's business practices. (Attachment 5)
Seeing no other questions, comments and no other proponent, opponent, or neutral testimony submitted, Vice Chairperson Fagg closed the hearing on SB19.
