Eileen Ma (ROS) presented a brief on the bill and stood for questions. There were none. (Attachment 3)
Eric Turek, (KID), presented oral proponent testimony. Mr. Turek and Eileen Ma answered questions from Senators Warren, Pittman, and Vice Chairperson Fagg. (Attachment 4)
Since there was no other proponent, opponent, or neutral testimony submitted, Vice Chairperson Fagg closed the hearing on SB18.
The Vice Chairperson announced to the Committee that SB24 had been pulled from the agenda for tomorrow and will be rescheduled for hearing some time in the future.
The meeting adjourned at 9:46 am. The next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 9:30 am, in Room 546-South of the Capitol.
