S.B. 92 amends the law dealing with parole hearings to permit comments by the victim or victim's family to be contemporaneously recorded as well as prerecorded and to be presented by any technological means.
The Senate Committee amendment was clarifying.
The House Committee inserted the provision on contemporaneously recorded means.
