CHAPTER  8 HOUSE BILL No. 2031 An Act concerning probate; relating to wills containing formula marital clauses; repealing K.S.A. 59-624. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 59-624 is hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
