CHAPTER 50 SENATE BILL No. 240 An Act repealing K.S.A. 48-323; concerning the adjutant general; relating to insurance coverage for armories. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 48-323 is hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the Kansas register.
