CHAPTER 49 Substitute for SENATE BILL No. 204 An Act concerning the residential childhood lead poisoning prevention act; amending K.S.A. 65-1,214 and repealing the existing section. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 65-1,214 is hereby amended to read as follows: 65-
1,214. On July 1, 2004 2010, the provisions of K.S.A. 65-1,200 to 65-1,214
inclusive, of this act are hereby repealed.

      Sec.  2. K.S.A. 65-1,214 is hereby repealed.

      Sec.  3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
