CHAPTER 44 SENATE BILL No. 70 An Act repealing K.S.A. 39-7,154; concerning pass-through of child support. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 39-7,154 is hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
