CHAPTER 9 HOUSE BILL No. 2792 An  Act repealing K.S.A. 68-163; concerning approval of lighting plans for highways and bridges by state corporation commission. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas: 
Section  1. K.S.A. 68-163 is hereby repealed.
 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
