CHAPTER 14 Substitute for SENATE BILL No. 394 An  Act repealing K.S.A. 72-8136a, 72-8136b, 72-8136c, 72-8136d and 72-8136e; relating to the closure of school buildings in certain school districts. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 72-8136a, 72-8136b, 72-8136c, 72-8136d and 72-
8136e are hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
