CHAPTER 9 HOUSE BILL No. 2049 An Act repealing K.S.A. 72-1106c and 72-1106d, concerning the school term and special exceptions thereto. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 72-1106c and 72-1106d are hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
