CHAPTER 8 HOUSE BILL No. 2053 An Act repealing K.S.A. 72-67,109, relating to equitable payments under agreements or court orders made pursuant to the second unification act. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 72-67,109 is hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
