CHAPTER 7 HOUSE BILL No. 2052 An Act repealing K.S.A. 12-1769, relating to issuance of bonds for joint acquisition and
operation by a city and a school district of community buildings. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 12-1769 is hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
